If you are planning to place an order for a collar, please have your dog's exact neck size before calling. This is done by placing a flexible tape measure around the dog's neck, pulling it snugly, and taking note of the measurement. If you are ordering a collar that needs to slip over the head, you would need to measure the widest point before it slips over the ears onto the neck. For various reasons, it does not work to measure an existing collar or giving me the "size" of the collar as purchased.
This photo illustrates how you may measure the collar received against the neck size you have given. This collar would fit a 15 1/2" neck. If you were to measure around the outside of the collar, the measurement would be almost 17 1/2". I allow myself 1/2" variance on a circumference measurement.
Once all the details have been decided upon, your order is final. No changes can be accepted. Very often I will start on your order within a short time after the order is placed.
